Each week every student receives

1 x 30 minute group video conference led by your coach (same time as previous Sunday Class) using Zoom video conferencing

1 x 10-15 minute one on one video conference (time set by student/coach appointment) using Zoom video conferencing

Free online instructional videos specifically built to flow with the 10 week program

Personal video consultation to get you going

This package presents very good value allowing students to practice in their own time outside of normal training times.

Cost is the same as squad training $440 per term (Active kids vouchers can be used)
